LIFEBOAT: BOUNDED VALIDATION RECORD

This is a maintainer/agent check, not an independent customer testimonial.
No new paid model requests were made during the September 18 checks.

1. PUBLIC BROWSER SAMPLE

Observed on the published GitHub Pages site:
- Contract acceptance was required before running the workflow.
- Issue 3 changed from Closed to Open, retained bug, added priority, and
  advanced from revision 1 to revision 2.
- Repeating the action did not duplicate labels or increment the revision.
- Archiving the issue blocked the workflow without changing its state.
- A reload preserved the modified issue and accepted contract.
- Export produced a real downloaded JSON file. It contained the unchanged
  original Closed/bug snapshot and the current Open/bug/priority state.
- Reset restored the initial sample. The reset-cancel branch was not
  conclusively exercised through the automation interface.
- Browser console inspection returned no errors in the inspected interval.

Known layout issue, not yet corrected in this record:
- The decorative hero orbit extends the scrollable page at some widths:
  826px content at a 785px viewport; 404px content at a 390px viewport.
- The 1280px desktop view did not show horizontal overflow.
- Blocked-storage, multiple-browser, and assistive-technology coverage is
  not complete. Do not interpret these checks as exhaustive e2e coverage.

2. FRESH STUDIO DISTRIBUTION, NO-AI PATH

- Downloaded the public Studio ZIP with curl into a new isolated directory.
- Ran the included launcher with a clean environment, no API keys, and a
  fresh workspace. This was the existing development Mac, not a clean OS.
- Imported the bundled fictional GitHub-format Harbor CLI example.
- Reviewed the allowed context, chose the fixed no-AI workflow, inspected
  its contract, created an isolated preview, and ran Move to Closed.
- The preview changed the selected item to Closed and revision 2.
- Accepted the exact contract and reached Ready in Studio.
- Downloaded the generated ZIP through the browser and passed ZIP CRC checks.

BLOCKER: FRESH BROWSER-DOWNLOADED PLAYER

After stopping the test Studio, the generated Player exited with code 137
before starting its server. The downloaded executable had the macOS
quarantine attribute. Its on-disk code signature verified, but Gatekeeper
assessment rejected it. The executable SHA-256 was identical across the
new ZIP, the bundled Studio Player, and the previously tested Astra Player:

This rules out a binary-content mismatch in that check; it does not make
the fresh-download experience successful. Developer ID distribution signing
and notarization remain unresolved. System protection was not disabled and
quarantine was not removed. A fresh independent Player run was NOT passed.

3. EARLIER REAL ASTRA PLAYER CHECK, SEPTEMBER 17

This is a separate, earlier bounded result. GPT-6 Astra proposed the
reopen_for_triage workflow on fictional Harbor CLI data. The accepted
contract required card_not_archived, added the existing priority label,
and moved the item to Open.

A previously extracted Player ran with Studio stopped, no API keys,
and external outbound networking denied for the Player process. The
workflow worked, edits survived restarting that Player, and the original
export checksum remained unchanged.

The adjacent astra-contract.json and astra-acceptance.json are copied from
that actual release artifact, not reconstructed from the website sample.
The earlier result does not override the new Gatekeeper distribution blocker.

4. WHAT THE IMAGES SHOW

studio-real.png: actual Studio UI during the September 18 no-AI packaging
check. It is not a new model run.
player-real.png: real rendered interface state from the previously validated
Astra Player, including the custom action and changed issue. It is not a
new fresh-install validation or an invented product mockup.

5. INDEPENDENT USERS

It is an invitation to collect independent reports, not evidence that
participants have already completed it. No user count, testimonial, or
successful installation rate is claimed here.
